Do you offer both composite and pressure-treated wood decking?
Yes. We work with both. However, we recommend TimberTech composite for most Gwinnett County homes because of our climate — high heat, humidity, and UV exposure are hard on pressure-treated lumber over time. Composite holds its color, resists warping and splintering, and requires zero annual maintenance.
Will you handle permits?
