We come to your property, take precise measurements, discuss your design goals and material preferences, and build a line-item proposal. You’ll know exactly what you’re getting, what materials are being used, and what it costs — before you commit to anything.
Do you offer both composite and pressure-treated wood decking?
Yes. We work with both. However, we recommend TimberTech composite for most Gwinnett County homes because of our climate — high heat, humidity, and UV exposure are hard on pressure-treated lumber over time. Composite holds its color, resists warping and splintering, and requires zero annual maintenance.
Will you handle permits?
Yes. We handle permit applications as part of the pre-construction process. We know the requirements for Gwinnett County, Grayson, Lawrenceville, Buford, Suwanee, and surrounding areas — this is our backyard, and we’ve done this hundreds of times.
What does the 20-year warranty actually cover?
